The purpose of creating the journal “High-Tech Medicine” is to introduce a wide audience to achievements in various fields of medical science, primarily in cryomedicine, innovative surgical technologies, and multidisciplinary research.

The journal is published once every 3 months.

The journal provides direct open access to its content to users, based on the following principle: free open access to research results increases the global exchange of knowledge.

Publishing in the journal is free for authors.
The editors do not charge authors for the preparation, placement and printing of materials.

When reviewing an article, the editorial board of the journal "High-Tech Medicine" can check the material using the Anti-Plagiarism system. If numerous borrowings are detected, the editors act in accordance with the rules COPE.

During the article submission process, the author must confirm that the article has not been published or accepted for publication in another scientific journal. Articles previously posted by the authors on personal or public websites that are not affiliated with other publishing houses are allowed for consideration.
